Renew body, mind and spirit during this full day yoga retreat at Lotus Heart Rising.
The morning session will begin with cleansing practices (Kriyas), an energizing Alchemy of the Core practice with Cindi leading into a warm and flowing vinyasa practice with Yoga Bob and deep relaxation .
A light vegetarian/macrobiotic lunch prepared by Rosemary Traill, Macrobiotic Chef and Counselor, will be served. Rosemary will share the preparation and ingredients of the lunch and give a talk on "Tips for Transitioning to a Healthier Diet".
The afternoon will offer a relaxing restorative practice and yoga nidra (Inner Sanctuary) on the elements to soothe the nervous system, soften muscular tension, quiet the mind and open space for the breath. The day will conclude with a healing meditation outdoors (weather permitting).
There will be some free time to enjoy the natural setting and sounds (gooble, gooble,gooble) of Lotus Heart Rising
Reiki, Chair or Foot Massage will be offered to all participants before lunch Space limited. (Please register online, mail or in-person)
