This class is for intermediate students only. Pre-registration is required, the cost is $20. This class will cover advanced asana (headstand and other inversions, arm balances out of tripod headstand, backbends, etc).
Student must be able to perform handstand on wall and Urdhva Dhanurasana (Upward Facing Bow).
