Judy recently left the corporate world of business, where she functioned in an executive capacity for over 20 years, to devote her time and energy to the healing arts. Judy’s journey in the healing arts has been one of on-going education and practice over the past 13 years. Starting with the practice of Yoga in 1994 under the direction of Robert Barton, Judy was introduced to the energy of the breath as a connection to the self and the earth’s energy. She continues to practice Yoga on a regular basis and credits Yoga with improving her health and life style.

Reiki came into Judy’s life in 2001, making a major transformation in her approach to life. Judy trained under William Rand, President of The International Center for Reiki Training, and has been attuned to all levels of Reiki from Level 1 through the Master Level. She has been teaching Reiki for 4 years. On her continual quest for knowledge and skills in the art of healing energy, Judy has completed the studies and attunements for the Master level in several other healing energy modalities including:

Master, the Golden Triangle Healing System Master, Full Spectrum Healing System Master, Kundalini Reiki Master, Amara Reiki Usui /Tibetan Reiki Master In 2006 she studied Reconnective Healing under Eric Pearl.

Judy is a Certified Massage Therapist, specializing in Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy and Chair Massage. She trained at the Career Training Academy, the first accredited massage therapy school in the Pittsburgh region. Judy combines the healing energy of Reiki with the hands-on techniques of massage to provide a uniquely relaxing and therapeutic experience for her clients.

Working in the corporate world, Cindy Freed was drawn to Reiki to relieve work-related stress and back and neck pain. Combined with nearly nine years of studying yoga, she is honored to share this gift with others to help promote and live a healthier lifestyle. “Reiki has helped me to remain centered and at peace in the midst of chaos.”

Cindy is an Advanced Reiki practitioner, studying with Cindi Barton, and will complete the Master level training in spring 2009. She is also studying with Three Rivers Yoga Institute in the Lifestyle & 200 Hour Teacher Training Program.

Carole, Advanced Reiki Practioner, discovered the healing power of Reiki while searching for an alternative to medication for chronic pain, anxiety and depression. Carole received her training through Cindi Barton, Reiki Master, Three Rivers Yoga Institute in the Usui Reiki Lineage and will complete Mater Training in May 2009. Carole uses Reiki daily on herself, her cats, friends, family and in her volunteer work wiht a local nursing. Carole participates in continuing education, Reiki shares and networking with other Reiki practitioners.

Gina Hussar was an executive administrator for a non-profit agency until the birth of her first child in 2004. Having always had an interest in holisitic and naturopathic healing modalities, she began a journey of self study that eventually led her to Reiki. Gina is amazed by the healing qualities of Reiki for both physical and emotional ailments, and has, herself, experienced a feeling of great inner peace since she began practicing. She continues to explore other healing practices such as meditation and Qi Gong.
